Dawn Thurnau has a background in strategic marketing, with experience in agriculture, education and health care. During the day, she manages marketing and product development for the Missouri Research and Education Network. Kim Ponder has made a career out of building personal relationships through financial institutions. She understands that business is vital, and only happens with trust, vision and a lot of hard work. There’s likely not a community committee on which Ponder hasn’t served. She’s been active in the Chamber, the Booster Club, the YMCA Founders Committee just to name a few. Ponder is currently the VP and Regional Retail Leader at First State Community Bank.
