Member Spotlight: Superior Blessings Celebrates 5 Years of Impact
On August 3, Superior Blessings marks its 5-year anniversary—celebrating a remarkable journey from a single idea into a thriving network of businesses. Founder and CEO Jennifer Feltner has built more than just a company—she’s built a people-centered model for long-term transformation.

Jennifer’s entrepreneurial spirit began in childhood and has grown into a career of serial innovation. Her flagship company, Superior Blessings, LLC, provides customized workforce development solutions, placing individuals in healthcare, custodial, food service, and administrative positions. In just five years, the company has funded professional training for nearly 20 individuals and expanded operations into multiple states.
From Superior Blessings came Midwest Education and Training, offering accessible, values-driven workforce education, and Superior Dental, LLC, along with ventures in real estate and consulting. Each business complements the others, creating a network of support that helps people gain stability, confidence, and purpose.
Jennifer’s leadership is grounded in a belief that every person has hidden strengths waiting to be unlocked. Beyond job placement, her team provides housing assistance, mentorship, and community connections—setting a new standard for what a people-focused business can achieve.
She also brings her passions into her work. The company’s annual golf tournament not only reflects her record-breaking collegiate golf background but also raises funds for community impact.
As she looks ahead, Jennifer’s advice to fellow entrepreneurs is simple yet powerful: “Believe in yourself. Keep evolving. Be relentless and be of service to others.”
The Southern Boone County Chamber congratulates Superior Blessings and Jennifer Feltner on five years of remarkable growth, community impact, and transformative leadership—and we look forward to seeing what the next five years will bring.
